Life Science Ventures Global Life Science Ventures (GLSV) is an independent venture capital firm dedicated exclusively to the life science industry. With offices in Germany, Switzerland and the UK, GLSV focuses on investments in early to late stage life science companies throughout Europe, the U.S., and Israel. Its predecessor fund Global Life Science L.P. advised by Life Science Ventures GmbH was founded in 1996 and raised €66 million. GLSV II was launched in mid 2001, with a target volume of € 100-150 million and has closed at over €140 million.
