Director in September 1996 and saw CAT through a successful flotation
in March 1997. Prior to joining CAT he was a Director in Corporate
Finance with J Henry Schroder & Co. Limited. John qualified as a
chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and also worked at the
British Technology Group.

Mr Tony Ratcliffe,

Tony Ratcliffe BSc ACA MBA, Chief Financial Officer. After qualifying
as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, Mr. Ratcliffe held various
senior financial management positions within the biotechnology sector.
With the Agricultural Genetics Company, then Celsis International
plc and most recently working directly with Dr. Chris Evans OBE,
a European biotechnology entrepreneur, he has gained significant
experience within rapidly growing global companies, both private
and public. He has an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Mr Genadi Man, Chairman
& CEO,
Telesens AG
Genadi Man, CEO of TelesensKSCL AG, studied
industrial design at the Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem
and received numerous awards for his work as a designer in Tel Aviv.
As a member of the managing board of Conos AG, he set up one of
the first private corporate networks in Germany. Shortly after this,
he discovered in Israel the software company Mind CTI, which was
developing a program that registers and analyzes call data records
in telephone systems. In 1995, Man founded a subsidiary in Germany,
Telesens, which, since 1998, has been developing its own billing
software. In 1998, he established a Development Center at Kharkov
in the Ukraine. Genadi Man has been pressing ahead systematically
with the expansion of Telesens. By acquiring the Scottish provider
of billing solutions for mobile-based and fixed line telephony
KSCL the largest independent product house for billing systems
in Europe has been constituted: TelesensKSCL.

Dr Zvi Marom, CEO,
BATM Advanced Communications
Dr. Zvi Marom is the founder and CEO of BATM. Dr. Marom started
the company in 1992 as a bootstrap and brought it to a world-class
company. Dr. Zvi Marom holds Degrees in Engineering and Medicine.
Prior to the establishing of BATM Dr. Marom was the head of the
Electrical faculty of Israeli Open University and senior consultant
to several industrial and academic institutes. Zvi Marom graduated
with excellence from the Naval Academy and served in combat command
posts. Recently Dr. Marom won the Techmark Personality of
the Year award from the London Stock Exchange.

Mr Juerg Neck, CFO,
CREALOGIX Holding AG
Dr. Juerg Neck, Chief Financial Officer; he
has been working for Crealogix since the beginning of 2000. He completed
his studies in economics at the University of Zurich with a thesis
on Exchange Rates and Monopolistic Import Goods Markets. Mr. Neck
has strong experience from the finance industry (Citibank, Credit
Suisse) and as a management consultant; as such he concentrated
primarily on strategic and BPR projects. He was a partner in a trust
company where he handled strategic accountancy and audit mandates.
His most recent endeavour was the restructuring of the finance department
of a software company.

Mr David Porter,
Head of Healthcare Corporate Finance,

David
Porter received a BA (Hons)in Chemistry at Oxford University. He
has managed the healthcare corporate finance group for the last
3 years. During this period the team has lead & managed over 40
equity financings in the healthcare sector. They have also completed
numerous cross border M & A advisory mandates making them one of
Europes most active healthcare corporate finance teams. They
have made a number of investments in private emerging healthcare
companies. In the past year the majority of the teams business
has had a US element. Prior to joining Nomura, he was Director of
Treasury and Investment at a major UK insurance company and scored
a Micropal first over five years for his Pensions Management Fund.
He was Extel rated as an investment analyst while at Hoare Govett
and has been involved in the investment industry for over twenty
years. A U.S. citizen, he was founder and director of Hoare Govett
Inc.

Mr Erhart Puschnig,
CEO, TEAM Germany,
TEAM Communications Group, Inc
Since May 2000, Erhart Puschnig, serves as Chief Executive Officer
of TEAM Entertainment, Germany, a division of the US-based TEAM
Communications Group, Inc., a multinational production and distribution
company. Puschnig is responsible for overseeing the daily operations,
of the Munich-based companys production, dristribution, new
media ventures throughout Germany and Europe. With over 20 years
of hands-on experience, Puschnig has enjoyed high reputation as
a major force throughout the international television industry.
During his time RTL Television, Puschnig has been credited in having
taken RTL+ from a Luxembourg station in 1984 to todays conglomerate
network.

Dr. Andrew Rickman,
CEO & Chairman,
Bookham Technology plc
Dr Andrew G. Rickman OBE has
served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bookham Technology
since founding it in 1988. Prior to starting-up Bookham Technology,
Dr Rickman was an Associate in the Oxford Ventures Group, which
helped start-up companies with advice on business issues and finding
capital. Dr Rickman was also a consultant to GenRad at this time,
specialising in signal processing. Before this, from 1984 to 1987,
Dr Rickman worked for GenRads Silicon Valley division. Dr
Rickman is a Chartered Engineer holds an honours degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Imperial College, London, an MBA from Cranfield
University and a PhD in integrated optics from the University of
Surrey. He was awarded an OBE in the Queens Millennium Honours List
for services to the telecommunication industry.

Mr Alain Ries, President

Alain Ries is Co-Founder and
President & CFO of InfoVista, an international company that
develops and markets software to measure, track, analyze and report
on quality of service for strategic information systems. InfoVista
sells to Fortune 1000 companies and service providers such as Telcos,
ISPs and outsourcers. Mr. Ries has successfully managed two previous
high tech start-ups. From 1991 to 1995, he was Co-Founder and VP,
Customer service then VP, Business Development of Arche Communications,
the fastest growing French network integrator, acquired by Siemens
in 1995. During that period, he also founded and managed Institut
ERIS, a training company dedicated to technology and product training
in the telecommunications field. Before that, he held various technical
and management positions at 3Com France. Mr. Ries holds an MBA from
the Sorbonne University in Paris and an engineering degree from
Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Mr Eli Reifman,
CEO,
Geo Interactive Media Group Ltd
Eli Reifman is one of the four founding partners and a key member
of the senior management team that built GEO Interactive from start-up
to a multi-billion dollar, FTSE 250 company, listed on the London
Stock Exchange. He is instrumental in the development of the companyıs
strategic direction and oversees the worldwide marketing effort.
Prior to establishing GEO Interactive he was the head of R&D for
the Real-Time Simulation and Training Center of the Israeli Defense
Forces (IDF), which developed real-time simulators for advanced
weaponry systems. The knowledge gained in the IDF became the basis
for the foundation of GEO Interactive. GEO Interactive is currently
a world leader in providing solutions for streaming rich media over
IP and wireless networks for major telecommunications companies,
ISPs, cellular operators and media companies.

Dr. Alastair Riddell,

Dr. Alastair Riddell was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Pharmagene
plc in January 1998, joining from Caremark (UK) Ltd., where he was
Managing Director. His career began in biological research and then
medicine, including six years in acute hospital specialities and
general practice. He entered the pharmaceutical industry in 1983
holding senior clinical development posts in Lederle, Xoma, Celltech
and Centocor before moving to sales and marketing. He was worldwide
head of marketing for the healthcare division of Amersham International
before being made General Manager of its Northern Europe organization.
Dr. Riddell is responsible for setting the strategic direction of
the company and its commercial plans.

Mr Andreas G. Rutsch,

Prior to joining ADVA in 1999, Andreas Rutsch
worked at Dresdner Bank, Roland Berger & Partner, and Dresdner Kleinwort
Benson. He held the position of a Vice President in the International
Banking Division at Merrill Lynch International, where he led project
teams for IPOs, capital increases, stock placement, stock exchange
listings and international mergers and acquisitions. Andreas obtained
his Diplom-Volkswirt from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien,
and earned his M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management
at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr Alex Ryshawy,
Internet & E-Infrastructure Analyst,

Alex Ryshawy joined Paribas in 1996 and is currently a Senior Equity
Analyst with the European Technology research team in London. Previously
based in New York, he worked with Paribas North American Private
Equity practice on Internet software transactions, and was Assistant
Director of Research of the Latin American Equity research team.
Alex began his career with Coopers & Lybrands Corporate Finance
Advisory practice. He holds an MBA in finance from NYU and a BA
from Georgetown University. In his research coverage he focuses
on Internet Software and Infrastructure and co-ordinates the Internet
Research product across all sectors (ISPs, Portals, Community Sites,
and E-Commerce). Mr. Ryshawy has been a top-rated analyst with various
investor polls, including Reuters, Greenwich and a Whos
The Best award in Institutional Investor magazine. Most recently,
Mr. Ryshawy was one of the Lead Analysts on the IPO of Internet

Mr Graham Sadd,

industries. In 1987 he founded GTG, developer and publisher of DataBase
Publisher which was acquired by Ventura Inc, a subsidiary of Xerox
Corporation. Following the acquisition, Graham became VP Europe
of Venturas operations. As CEO of Infobank, he has reorganised
the business to focus on Electronic Commerce Systems with the objective
of being a market leader in this emerging sector. He represents
the company at numerous industry events and is invited to speak
at seminars and conferences on the future development of e-commerce.

Dr. habil Roland Toder,

and earned a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in 1998. He has

Mr Fabrizio Verdiani,

Fabrizio joined Think Tools as a member of the Executive Committee
in 1999. He is responsible for Finance, Investor Relations and Human
Resources at Think Tools. Between June 1998 and joining Think Tools
he worked at ADL, where he was a member of the French Board of Directors.
Between 1990 and 1998 he worked for LEK Consulting as a Director
in Brussels, Paris and Milan. He received a candidature degree in
Economical Sciences from the University of Louvain La Neuve (Belgium)
and a European masters from EAP-European School of Management in
Paris, Madrid and Oxford. Fabrizio also completed the Finance for
Executives programme at INSEAD.
